As the conduit between product +engineering, operations staff, and customers I was responsible for driving platform adoption by contextualizing new products and features, re-surfacing relevant products within the scope of the customers seasonal business needs, and establishing approachable pathways based on user profile that enabled any customer to begin using at their level, for their needs, right away. By developing and maintaining an annual content narrative that informs each output, while training regional operations teams on a monthly basis, we ensure consistency across channels while maintaining the best on the ground user experience . By focusing on building cadenced and engaging content that pairs customer needs with targeted and relevant platform solutions, we maximize adoption across all products on the platform.
